This experience gives you the opportunity to discover a poorly-known jewel in the province of Alicante, “La Villa” (Villajoyosa).  This coastal city is pretty isolated from its surroundings due to arches of tall mountain chains that shut this city away from everything else. Its old city town still maintains the typical floor of a Reconquered City, with a grid urban planning, characterized by long streets that descend towards the sea parallel to the walls and intersected by other streets at right angles forming a grid.
